Please read the following information carefully and connect with any of your teachers should you have questions or concerns.
1. Marks Cut-off for the Q3 report card is Wednesday March 8. Work that is submitted over spring break is NOT guaranteed to be reflected on this report. IF you need a final grade for post-secondary on this report card, please connect with your teacher to discuss. If course is in progress, this is an interim grade and a snapshot.
2. There are some provincial changes to registrations in district online schools. If you are an out of district student (ex: not residing in SD 48 catchment) you will need to register AND submit the substantive assignment for all courses by no later than April 14 to continue. Please note that you have until April 30th, 2024 to complete your course(s) with us.
3. Planning ahead - if you NEED courses on your Ministry Transcript for end of school year for Fall post-secondary acceptance courses have to be complete June 12 to be added to the Ministry Transcript… This date is also the Q4 report cards and end of term course completion.
