We hope this message finds you in high spirits with a new semester around starting next week. With a fresh start and renewed energy, it's time to commit to your new and existing online courses. Please reading carefully the new updates you need to know. 

Here are key guidelines for navigating your online courses this semester:

1. Complete All Courses by Friday, June 13

• Important Deadline: All courses in Moodle must be fully completed by Friday, June 13. This is crucial as we are transitioning to Brightspace. **Courses must be started within 45 days of enrolment - which means, submitting a completed substantive assignment.

2. Plan Your Time Effectively

• Set Weekly Goals: Break down assignments and modules to ensure steady progress. Aim to complete a certain number of tasks each week.
• Stick to a Schedule: Regularly dedicate specific times for coursework to stay on track.

3. Check for Updates and Announcements

• Regularly log in to Moodle to stay informed about course updates, feedback, and important reminders. We will be providing a weekly schedule on the Moodle Site annoucements to help you manage your time. 

4. Reach Out for Help

• Ask Questions Early: If you’re stuck, contact your teacher as soon as possible to avoid delays. (Note - not all our teachers are available everyday). 
• Use Resources: Take advantage of any support materials or tutorials provided.

5. Stay Organized

• Track Deadlines: Keep a calendar or planner to avoid missing any due dates.
• Submit Work Promptly: Ensure you’re completing and submitting assignments ahead of the June 13 deadline.
